How to determine the indication of ESD for special forms of EGC?
The ESD indications of EGC have been widely known after several revisions. However, in the actual clinical treatment, for some special forms or types of EGC, there are still many disputes about the judgment of DL, the confirmation of desection range under endoscope， and the treatment after non-curative ESD. Does precise individualized therapy also apply to EGC? Here, we will discuss several special cases, including a crawling type EGC without DL, an early signet ring cell carcinoma not less than 2cm, a case of HER2 strongly positive T1b EGC, an EGC after Hp eradication, and a gastric mixed adenoneuroendocrine carcinoma.Connection Method
