Confusion in judging the DL of EGC

The demarcation line(DL) of early gastric cancer is sometimes difficult to judge, and the DL seen under the endoscope is sometimes inconsistent with the pathological results. The cases discussion will provide you with some cases of indefinitely boundary that cannot be distinguished by endoscope, and a case with the actual tumor area much smaller than that seen by endoscope.
