POEM - Step wise approach and Clinical experience

POEM is recently introduced technique for the treatment of Achalasia Cardia and other esophagial motility disorders. The technique itslef is evolving and there is limited experience among the gastroenterologists. The shorot and medium term results of various trails demonstrates good safety and efficacy of this novel technique. APAN is a good platform for us to discuss the technical and clinical aspect of POEM, it will be worthwhile to share our experience regarding this newer technique.
