NPSLE case manifesting as polyneuropathy and GBS and Acute Visual Loss after Covid-19 Vaccination
Case 1. A 38-year-old man who was admitted to the hospital because of acute visual loss. He complained with sudden and severe acute visual loss for three days before admission. He did not have any history of a visual loss before. He had history of Covid-19 vaccination, and 12 hours after the injection, he starts complained of blurred vision.Case 2. A case of a 39 years old female coming to us with progressive weakness in all extremities since 2 weeks ago. Weakness was followed by socks and gloves hypoesthesia in all extremities. Fever occurred prior to weakness. There was history of covid-19 infection 6 months before. Similar episode of complaints occurred 8 months before and treated as SGB which recovered fully with IVIg administration.
