Suspected autoimmune encephalitis

A case presentation of a female with suspected autoimmune encephalitis, with myoclonic and seizure. The symptoms started with behavioral changes and continue with movement disorder and seizure. Anti NMDA antibody not detected in her CSF. Rituximab treatment did not improve her clinical condition.
