In this 22nd Indonesia Neuroimmunology Teleconference we wiil discuss 2 cases. The 1st case is a NPSLE of a young female who also diagnose with definite TB meningitis. The 2nd case is a NMOSD case with innitial symptoms were uncommon for NMOSD and diagnose as paraneoplastic syndrome at the beginning.
