Advanced Digestive Endoscopy in Daily Practice

We have the 1st case of patient with melena and coronary artery disease on antiplatelet. Upper GI endoscopy showed gastric polyp. Polypectomy was performed. The 2nd case is a patient with peripancreatic lymph node lesions. An EUS-FNA was performed to diagnose the lesions.
