Introduction of TEMDEC Telemedicine Activities.- a forum for enlightments

The aim of the Second African Session on telemedicine is to throw light on the basic activities of TEMDEC, on its promotion and expansion of telemedicine through onsite and remote medical education. And to provide an insights into needs of African health institutions in telemedicine; to enable them to make their requests known, and to understand how the work flow of TEMDEC could be of immense benefits to their health Institutions. It's comprises of two sections; the first section is about detailed clinical activities of TEMDEC. The second section is on the technical applications and technologies being used for the promotion of the telemedicine activities at TEMDEC. The session will be closed with a live demonstration by group of medical doctors in training at our hospital; Kyushu University Hospital KUH. It is our belief that this upcoming interactive forum will go a long way to elucidate how TEMDEC can meet the requests of the African Health Institutions in TELEMEDICINE; and how the needed supports for its implementation can be actualized.
