Case Presentation and Video Session

We report 2 cases with ingestion of corrosive substance. One case in acute and the other in chronic conditions. Case no one, 35 yo female came with bloody vomiting with chest pain 1 h after drank 1 glass porstex (+ 200 ml). Physical examination only upper abdominal pain. we performed EGD at 18 h after ingestion and the result: extensive deep gray and bronish black ulcers. Case no two, 24 yo male came with diffulty of swallowing since 1 years ago. he drank a glass of pure herbal medicine (which should have been dissolved first) He was treated in other hospital but still worse. From EGD found esophageal stricture at distal part of esophagus. We performed dilatation with Savary Guillard 7mm and injection triamsinolone.
