Pancreatic stones and other type of diabetes mellitus in a woman with chronic pancreatitis
A 35 year old woman came with epigastric pain syndrome. Based on history taking, physical examination, laboratory examination, and radiology investigation, she was diagnosed as having chronic pancreatitis caused by pancreatic stones, and other type of diabetes mellitus as its complication. The therapy which had been done was ERCP with sphincterotomy, stones extraction, and stenting. Good outcome was achieved in this patient.Connection Method
