Case Presentation 1. A 67-year-old woman was admitted with repeated bright red bloody stool since 2 weeks before hospitalization. Two weeks prior she had a history of constipation and being assisted with digital evacuation of stool. Patient had a history of recurrent ischemic stroke 7 years and 3 months ago. She routinely consumed antithrombotic agent. During hospitalization anti-thrombotic agent was stopped and she underwent repeated packed red cell transfusion because of intermittent hematoschezia. On colonoscopy, we found a small pulsating lesion in rectum with size of 3 mm, protruding into the lumen. Case Presentation 2. A 28 year old female patient was brought to our hospital with worsening right upper quadrant abdominal pain since 5 days before admission. The abdominal pain was already felt since three weeks ago.
