Surgical Treatment of Isolated TAPVD

Inspite of advances of the diagnosis and the progress in surgicl techniques, freedom from death and postoperative PVO in the treatment of isolated TAPVD has been still unsatified. Even in current practice, the most important predictor to those negative events has been reported to be the preoperative PVO and the younger age at surgery. Keeping these in mind, we would assess the outocomes of our cases with isolated TAPVD.
