Esophageal Stricture and Fistula of Gastrocolica
Case 1. Esophageal Stricture -> Male patient, 61 years old, suffered from esophageal stricture caused by sclerotherapy of esophageal varices, decompensated liver cirrhosis. Endoscopic treatment was esophageal dilation with baloon dilation. Case 2. Fistula of Gastrocolica -> Male patient, 53 years old, suffered from hematemesis, epigastric pain and 10 kg of decreasing in weight, then upper GI endoscopy found giant gastric ulcer with fistula. After investigation, it was known that there was a fistula of gaster - transverse colon caused by adenocarcinoma. The end treatment was operation.Connection Method
