Case 1: 57/M, known case of GIST, s/p small bowel resection in 2016, post Imatinib therapy, developed upper gastrointestinal bleeding in April 2017. EGD showed Duodenal ulcer, postive for H.pylori (by rapid urease test), post eradication therapy. Repeat EGD in October showed a slightly depressed reddish patch at the pre-pyloric area. Biopsy result showed mild chronic inflammation, severe intestinal metaplasia and moderate atrophy

Case 2: 49/F, asymptomatic, known case of Colon Cancer in 1994, s/p Colon Resection in 1994. No chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Surveillance Colonoscopy in March 2017 revealed numerous polyps in the terminal ileum and throughout the colon. Biopsies showed fragments of tubular adenoma. EGD in October 2017 revealed numerous polyps in the gastric antrum and fundus as well as in the duodenum. Biopsies showed fragments of tubular adenoma.
