Exploring Alzheimer's Pathology and Treatment
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder marked by cognitive decline, memory loss, and behavioral impairments, lacking a definitive cure. This study integrates 3D in vitro cerebral organoids, in vivo animal models, and in silico simulations to examine the pathology of AD and evaluate the potential of CBD and taurine in mitigating disease progression.Connection Method
