The first stage palliation in the treatment of UVH has been more important than the other palliation. Generally speaking, outcomes of the first stage palliations in UVH have revealed worse than those of BVH. In this teleconferecnce, the outomes and the problems will be shown in each institute. Furthermor, knacks and pitfalls will be suggested in the treatment of patients with UVH if any.
