22-years-old female was referred with sudden weakness at four extremities 5 days before admission. This is the second attack within short 10 days of disease progression. The weakness was more severe on lower extremities than upper extremities. She also had mild vision impairment and pain in both eyes while looking on both sides. For the past 4 days, she was treated with high dose of IV methylprednisolone, vitamin D, vitamin B complex and Gabapentin which resulted in rapid clinical improvement.
