A patient with multifocal gastric cancer received ESD treatment separately, and the pathology revealed crawling-type adenocarcinoma. Another case is a large area lesion of the gastric fundus, with focal papillary adenocarcinoma. The third case is a rare subtype of EGC: gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma (GHA).
