This teleconference will discuss about neuroimmunology case in each center. There are two cases presented in this session. The first one will be presented from Sam Ratulangi Unversity, bringing a case about NMO with lacunar infarct appearance. Acute management with steorid, disease-modifying drugs, and stem cell therapy will be discussed. The second one will be presented from Brawijaya University, bringing a case about post-thymectomy myasthenia gravis who is now dependent on ventilator. In the second case, the diagnosis and the next step of treatment will be discussed.
