Early gastric câncer : the means of its diagnosis and endoscopic treatment
The incidence of early gastric cancer is not high in Latin America, but in the other hand its detection is neglected in our daily routine. It will be important to listen to the experience of a Center such as Clínica Alemana of Santiago that is dedicated to the detection introducing new markers.The endoscopic treatment by ESD is an established technique, but we have observed relapse, especially when the indication is in the extended form. The current systematic review comparing endoscopic and surgical treatment will be interesting.
