Topics

Surgical Treatment of Transposition of Great Arteries

The International Symposium was successfully held on January 21 and 22, 2017, in Yokohama, Japan. In the symposium we had discussed our own problems which we faced in the daily practice of the treatment of neonates with congenital heart disease. The success of the symposium forced us to proceed to a second step to cooperate and recognize each other.
This is the teleconference between Harapan Kita National Cardiac Center Jakarta, and Kanagawa Children's Medical Center, Yokohama.
Now using an internet technology, when we stay at a home town, we like to discuss various problems including pre-, post-operative management and issues of the diagnosis and the surgery in the treatment of children with congenital heart disease, and among many hospitals in both countries in future. Today's topics will be "Treatment of Transposition of Great Arteries".
