our center will report two cases of gi bleeding.The first case is upper gi bleeding suspect due to fundic variceal in liver cirrhotic patients. In this case we cannot see the source of bleeding beacuse full of big blood clot. The second case is about how to manage the large ascending colon polyp, its possible using polypectomy or surgery?
