The development of Endoscopic Submucosa Diseccion in Japan has been widely used and develop for some time now. Latin america has started to develop this techique slowly and now is used in many countries. The more cases we do the more dificult cases we find. This is a oportunity to present different cases and discuss the best way to prevent and treatment for complications.
