Discussion of cases with neuroimmunological disaeases in Indonesia and Japan

From Department of Neurology, Kyushu University, two cases of tumefactive demyelinating lesions will be presented.As an atypical form of multiple sclerosis, the differential diangosis and the treatment will be discussed. From Indonesia, case from Gadjah Mada University, female with seizure and behavioral disorders. NMDA antibody in CSF was detected with high titer of Toxoplasma IgG in serum. Patient treated with MP pulse and PLEX. Longterm treatment will be discussed during the meeting.
